* Students are required a valid proof of ID or verified document from the institution.
**Accompanying Person must register on the registration system.
Registration Fees include,
- Meeting bag and other materials (except for accompanying persons)
- Welcome Reception
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunches
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed:
- Cancellations received until and including 1 June 2026 – full refund
- Cancellations received between 2 June and 7 August 2026 – 50% will be refunded
- From 8 August 2026 – no refund will be made.
